My phone stopped working over the weekend – the microphone gave up and the camera got a fault on low light pics – this is a problem as not only is it my blip camera but I need a functioning phone for work. You wouldn’t think it’d be too much of a problem swapping a four month old faulty hand set but between them, HTC and Vodafone, made it into a two hour ordeal. Not exactly the customer service I was expecting to be honest.

Dentist this afternoon…… can the day get any worse?
