His success as a writer has been steady and he is now starting to reap the rewards. Earlier this year Samuel French published his first collection of short plays, followed by another publication a couple of months ago. The latest development being a wealthy director picking up on his latest work ‘Picture ourselves in Latvia’ and flying him out to New York to be involved in the production.

Anyway, it’s his birthday tomorrow so he came up for the weekend, to watch the band last night and a enjoy a large Sunday Roast with family.
