Happy Birthday Jules!

Every year I pretend to have forgotten that her birthday is coming and every year she seems to fall for it…. maybe I’m being cruel but I like to think of it more as a cunning trick to lower expectations so the surprise is even better…..it seems to work…as she said earlier “she’s not been disappointed yet”

Anyway, she’s had a lovely day….an early start for a family breakfast & presents. Then work and school for us, whilst Jules had a run and then went to lunch with Barb and Caroline. This evening it was just the five of us for an early tapas dinner at The Crown….and very nice it was too.
