An excellent day…. It seems that most of the village turned out for the ‘History’s Alive’ event. A 1st WW trench, hospital, soldiers and guns….oh and throw a wet sponge at your teacher proved very popular. The sun has shone all day (turning me into Mr Tomatohead) allowing us to sit around, drink beer and chat…..
